Cabaret Kiki is Going to be Awesome, Part One
April 3rd, 2008 . by mattAnd some of the reason for this is because of this guy:
The first time I saw Nathan Durfee’s work hanging at Theatre 99, I was immediately driven to find out who the artist was, and I am glad that I did. I was a fan of his long before I met him, and upon this meeting I was shocked and delighted to find that the guy that created this intense and beautiful work was actually really really nice, kind of bright and shiny, in fact. We’ve asked him to design the backdrop flats for our Kiki show in May, and I can’t wait to see what he comes up with.
this is very exciting!! yes, he seems to be quite a dear. total yay-ness.
Nathan made a really cool robot out of a trash can at a Run Dan Run show in Febuary…I can’t wait to see what he does for the Cabaret!
Hey Mr. Bivins. So when exactly is the show going to play? I need to arrange my airfare. This jfk flight attendant would love to book a trip to see ya’ll again. Are ya’ll gonna put out another CD? The last one kicked some sassafrass ass.
