yeah, her version sucks. The video too. Even though it’s in a cathedral, it’s fixated on her with a microphone, which just looks tacky to me. I’m glad the song is getting attention though.

yes, i was informed by my friend who now lives in denver (formerly from columbia, sc) that she heard joan osborne’s version on her xm radio…and she got pissed off! she called me right away with her concern, hehe. but i guess the song is getting recognition again.
